Self-Exclusion

If you wish to temporarily exclude yourself from gaming, simply contact an agent and specify the duration of your exclusion. Your access will then be suspended until the chosen date.

For an indefinite self-exclusion, your account will remain locked until you explicitly request reactivation. This exclusion requires a minimum period of six months from the date of your request. Temporary Exclusion
